Please follow these steps if your MINDBODY integration has worked in the past but has stopped working.
- Go to the Main Menu of the ONBEAT app > Choose Manage Account and confirm the MINDBODY Studio ID is entered correctly. Visit this link to find your studio ID https://support.mindbodyonline.com/s/article/206398178-How-do-I-find-my-Client-ID?language=en_US
- Confirm ONBEAT is authorized to view class information on the API integration page within MINDBODY. Log into MINDBODY software in a web browser using the owner's account. Go to Home > Manager Tools > Select API Integrations at the bottom right, under MINDBODY Add-Ons. If you do not see the API Integrations page, you are likely not logged in with the owner account.
