If your facility uses MINDBODY you can integrate your account with OnBeat. The integration will download your class lists saving you time by not entering all your client's information.
- Go to the main menu of the OnBeat app and choose "Manage Account"
- Find the MINDBODY section and enter your client/site ID. Click here to find your 5 or 6 digit MINDBODY client/site ID.
- The OnBeat app will display an error message saying it is not authorized to view class information. Choose the "Authenticate" button in the bottom right.
- The OnBeat app will then open a Safari web browser window and load your MINDBODY login page.
- IMPORTANT: Login as your MINDBODY Owner Account. No other account type will work with authenticating OnBeat to download class information.
- You should be directed to a page saying OnBeat now has permission to download class information.
- Go back to the OnBeat app and confirm your MINDBODY ID is still displaying in the main menu/Manage Account of the app.
- To test, go to the main screen of the OnBeat app, choose the plus icon, find the MINDBODY section, and select a class.
If you receive an error message from MINDBODY please send a screenshot of the message to this form.
Once enabled, the app will download your class list, your client's email address, name, gender and birthday. MINDBODY does not require clients enter their gender or birthday. If that information is blank in MINDBODY, the OnBeat app will default to 30 years old and female. It is recommended that you check client profile information is correct in OnBeat after importing a their information the first time.
MINDBODY charges OnBeat a monthly fee per location to enable this integration. This fee is passed on with your monthly OnBeat subscription. Please visit the pricing page to find out what that monthly integration fee is.
OnBeat only imports information and does not send data to MINDBODY. For example, if you change the client's name in OnBeat, that will not be changed in MINDBODY.
