After adding athletes to the app, you must start the timer to begin the calorie counting.
When the workout is complete press the timer to stop the calorie counting and to pull up the workout summary screen.
The workout summaries are processed immediately and the emails delivered. If the iPad/iPhone is not connected to the internet, the workout summaries queue up on the device. Once the internet is connected again the workout summaries are automatically delivered.

At the end of each workout session, the email address associated with the OnBeat account will receive a summary of everyone's workout.
