For the most accurate readings, wear the Rhythm+ on the upper forearm, biceps, or triceps snug enough to not move on your arm, but NOT so tight that it restricts circulation.
- Confirm your armband monitor is turned on by looking at the underside of the sensor. You should see rapidly flashing green lights.
- If the sensor will not turn on it needs to be charged.
- When the Scosche Rhythm+ first connects it will display 72 on the screen for up to 30 seconds. It will start changing once the heart rate is detected.
- The sensor should be worn on the inside or outside of the forearm. If you find the sensor giving a low reading with arm exercises, try the outside or inside of the upper arm.
