ONBEAT is offered through a monthly subscription based on the number of simultaneous connection. A connection is considered one person on the screen. Once you reach your limit you will be required to update your subscription to add more connections.
If you get an error message saying "Maximum Connections Reached" you need to start subscribing to the app or update your subscription count.
Visit app.onbeat.fit in any web browser to choose a plan and enter credit card information.
If you need to upgrade/downgrade your subscription, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the plan you want to change to.
Visit onbeat.fit/pricing for current pricing tiers.
Refresh Simultaneous Connection License
Once you have started a subscription or your plan is updated, you may need to refresh your license count. Go to the main menu of the app and choose "Refresh Simultaneous Athlete Limit".
If the number is still not correct, email email@example.com
Connecting more than 12 heart rate monitors
If you subscribe to 16 or more connections you will need to purchase the WASP Antenna/WiFi bridge. This is due to Apple's limit of 12 Bluetooth connections on the iPad. The cost is $200 US. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to receive an invoice.
